Engineering activities for autistic children

We have secured a grant to subsidise the activity costs and places are limited to 15 per session for children in the Gloucestershire area.

We are offering a series of hands-on science and engineering workshops where children with autism can expand their knowledge whilst working in small groups.

These sessions are designed to build confidence and develop skills, whilst having fun in a supportive environment.

When: 

Thursday 8th September 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Thursday 22nd September 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Thursday 29th September 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Thursday 6th October 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Thursday 13th October 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Thursday 20th October 1.30pm – 3.30pm

 

Who: Children aged 7 – 11 with autism and autistic traits.

Children must be accompanied by an adult who can take part or make use of our on-site wi-fi and coffee/tea facilities.

Where: Bloodhound Education Centre at Berkeley Green, GL13 9FB

Cost: £36 for 6 sessions or £8 per session
