The Bloodhound Education Charity

Bloodhound Education Ltd is a registered charity in the UK, No: 1167382, which provides exciting, hands-on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) activities for students aged 7 upwards, as well as resources for teachers and parents to support learning in the classroom. It takes the excitement of real engineering into schools through engineering challenges, projects and workshops, using links to projects like Bloodhound LSR (Land Speed Record).
It was originally set up alongside the BLOODHOUND SSC Project in 2009, to bring the curriculum to life through the excitement of “real-life engineering” of a land speed record car and has engaged with over 2 million students.
In 2016, it was established as a registered charity with the mission to inspire a generation to explore and get into STEM as well as raise awareness of STEM careers. It works across the UK and beyond. The charity is supported by donations, grants, STEM companies and associated organisations; the Bloodhound Ambassador Programme made up of individual and corporate volunteers.
