Summer term workshops & Skills Development Days
As we move to a time when we can engage in the classroom once more we would love the opportunity to come to you to encourage, challenge and inspire your future engineers. Our ‘real project’ linked activities enrich the curriculum, build skills confidence and can be tailored to suit your requirements. We can also run activities outside.
As one head teacher told us ‘You deliver more curriculum in a day than we can in a week’.
Don’t miss this opportunity for us to show real world applications and introduce the young people to employability skills they will need as they apply what they know to solve engineering problems. Developing team work, time management, resilience, presentation skills and much more.
Visit the Education Centre

Why not bring your pupils or club to us for a full, half day or twilight visit. All our workshops can be delivered from our unique venue at Gloucester Science and Technology Park. You will also be able to have a tour of the centre and try your hand at setting a land speed record on our Bloodhound simulator & virtual reality experience.
There is plenty of space at our site and we can also run workshops outside.
New STEAM Club starting 27th April – face to face & virtually
The Bloodhound Education Centre opens its doors to key stage 2 and 3 pupils from 27th April to be part of our new 5 week STEAM Club programme. Giving a wide range of children the opportunity to experience Bloodhound workshops and activities for themselves.
Programmes will start on 27th April and 8th June. Each session will run from 4pm – 5.30 pm once a week for 5 weeks covering many aspects of science and technology through hands-on projects and will also be available remotely.

Bloodhound Education Ambassador Programme
We couldn’t do what we do without the support of our education partners and sponsors. With new STEAM roles expected to double in the next 10 years and a 2017 shortfall of 173,000 skilled STEM professionals, working with us means you’ll be helping support the development of new STEAM talent.
Get in touch if you would like to discuss supporting our inspirational work with children and young people.
