BLOODHOUND STEM Ambassador form

All volunteers who wish to engage with young people at schools or colleges in the UK have to sign up to the STEM Ambassadors Programme, and that includes anyone who wishes to become a BLOODHOUND Ambassador.

Becoming a STEM Ambassador is free, but you first need to apply to STEM Learning for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. When you have that back, you then need to fill in the form below and submit it to us.

The information you give us on the form will enable us to let you know about relevant BLOODHOUND events and initiatives. We will also provide you with access to Ambassador resources and training materials.

STEM Learning never shares any details of your DBS certificate with outside organisations, including BLOODHOUND. We ask you for your DBS number for our own administration purposes, but telling us your DBS number is optional. If you would prefer not to tell us, then please leave the DBS number box blank.

If you have any questions during the registration process or afterwards, please contact us at ambassadors@bloodhoundssc.com

Note: You must register with STEM Learning and apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate through them before applying to be a BLOODHOUND STEM Ambassador. See the top of this web page for more details
Note: The DBS number is the number issued to you by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). STEM Learning will never disclose your DBS number to us and it is optional for you to provide this to the BLOODHOUND Project, but having your DBS number is helpful for our audits.
Note: To enable our community of Ambassadors to offer each other support at educational events, we would like to share your name and location with other Ambassadors through a map application.
